2009 WSOP Event 44 Results

Third times a charm! At least for Jeff Lisandro it is. He picked up his third WSOP bracelet of this year’s series in Event #44 the $2,500 Seven Card Razz game.

Lisandro beat out 314 other players in his quest for another bracelet. The three day event started on June 22nd and at the end of the day there were still 122 players including Daniel Negreanu, Chris Ferguson, Kenna James and Erick Lindgren. By the end of the second day just 13 players remained. Lisandro was the chip leader going into Day 3. It took about 7 hours for the field to be reduced to one man. And only a few hands of heads up play before Lisandro won his 3rd 2009 bracelet and $188,370. Michael Craig finished in 2nd place and takes home $116,405.
