Erick now resides in Las Vegas, closer to the game, which has brought him so much notoriety, but when Lindgren isnt playing poker he spends his time traveling, playing golf or basketball. Also an avid moviegoer, hes partial to the film Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels. Even so, because of his recent string of success and rapid improvement he rarely has spare time to dedicate to his favorite pastimes.
Erick is the author of the book, World Poker Tour: Making the Final Table, which covers strategy for poker tournaments. Ericks nickname is E-DOG.
Being an optimistic individual, Erick doesn't keep track of his bad beats, so the most hes lost in a single hand is and will remain a mystery.
