Ted Forrest Poker Profile

Ted Forrest poker profile
Ted Forrest was born on September 24, 1964 in Syracuse, New York. Ted began playing poker in the mid 1980s and played his first live poker tournament in 1992. Forrest was notorious for spending an entire weekend in the poker room. He moved to Las Vegas with about $100 and built up his bankroll from there. Ted is known for his ability to play any hand against opponents, something that has helped him to earn 5 World Series of Poker bracelets.
He is a well-known, high-stakes gambler and was part of a group of poker players that pooled their money to play $100,000/$200,000 heads up limit Holdem against Texas billionaire Andy Beal.
Forrest is best known as a Stud player and is one of the best in the world, despite the fact that his Holdem game is a bit weaker. Nevertheless, he has won several Holdem tournaments in recent years.
Ted competed in the second season of the Poker Superstars Invitational Tournament advancing to the quarterfinal stage. He also played in both seasons of GSNs High Stakes Poker.
