Online Poker in New Jersey to Hold WSOP $250,000 Freeroll
The online poker product of the World Series of Poker is already running in the state of Nevada. WSOP is owned by Caesars Entertainment Corp. and just the past week started a trial run for their brand new online games in the state of New Jersey, based out of struggling Atlantic City.
These games are intended for those physically located within the borders of the state.
Caesars Entertainment Corp. made an announcement that there will be an online championship series to be held in the Garden State beginning January 19, 2014. To start it off, the New Jersey Online Championships will kick off with a $250,000 “Invitational Freeroll.”
For those who are interested to join, just register for a WSOP account anytime from today until December 9. Then download the software. Log in. By doing these steps, an email will be sent to the registrant on or before January 16 which will confirm if the player is qualified to join the freeroll on Jan. 19. A minimum of $10 is required as a deposit to qualify for this.
After the freeroll, seven events will be held with real money buy-ins. Then there will be a final freeroll for players who joined the previous events. The total will then add up to $1M.

January 22 — $215 NLH $30,000 Guaranteed

January 24 — $215 NLH 6 Max $50,000 Guaranteed
January 25 — $109 NLH $70,000 Guaranteed
January 26 — $530 NLH $250,000 Guaranteed
February 2 — $250,000 Player’s Freeroll
