Congratulations to Svetlana Gromenkova for winning the Ladies World Championship Event at this years WSOP. Wearing her Prada sunglasses during the course of the final table it eventually came down to heads up match with Anh Le. Le finished second to Jennifer Tilly in 2006 and met the same fate as the final hand put Anh’s A-6 against Gromenkova’s pocket Kings. Gromenkova won the gold bracelet, a Corum watch and $244,702.
